Again, not enough can be expressed here, however the human touch that Elizabeth exhibits is not something often experienced in client-facing interactions. Elizabeth's ability to empathize and ensure she is fully engaged with her clients speaks volumes for her not only professionally, but on a personal level. The only reason we noted "good" for knowledge is we all learned a great deal in this process through unforeseen circumstances. As shared we had a more unusual sale, and there were moments of difficulty - i.e. 1) a Seller that backed out within 24-hours of our written agreement to purchase her home, 2) Gaston Land Company (representing Piedmont Lithium) purchasing the 59.74 acres of land and then applying pressure to our first buyers for the 1821 home/land sale, causing them to back out, and 3) Gaston Land and Piedmont continuing to apply the same pressure to our 2nd buyer, but thankfully she did not back out. Understand these circumstances required knowledge and even legal advice outside what we could have possibly known. Elizabeth was on top of finding everything and kept us well-informed. She even developed a rapport with Gaston Land Company's realtor, understanding their sales game, and we've advised some of our neighbors looking to move that Elizabeth would be ideal to help them with Gaston Land and Piedmont. They have been approaching neighbors and friends of ours that lived immediately around us.
